Privacy Policy

We collect only the information we need to run Frameloop, make your videos, and support your account. This includes:

• Account details: your email address, your name, and your profile image if you sign in with Google or GitHub. If you sign in with a password, we store it only in hashed form.
• Content you create or upload: ideas, scripts, prompts, lyrics, uploaded images, audio and video, saved characters, brand kits, and the images, videos and music we generate for you.
• Payment details: our payment provider, Paddle, handles payments. We receive your plan, billing country and payment status. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Connections: if you connect your YouTube account, or connect Frameloop to an AI agent through our MCP server or API, we store the access tokens and API keys needed for that connection.
• Usage and device data: your IP address, approximate country, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the time of your visit, and events such as a video finishing or a render failing.
• Messages you send us, such as support chats and emails.

We use your information to:

• Create, edit, store and render your videos, images and music.
• Run your account, process payments and manage your credits.
• Provide support and answer your questions.
• Keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and enforce our content rules.
• Understand how the product is used, so we can fix problems and improve it.
• Send you service emails and, unless you opt out, product news and offers.
• Measure how well our ads work, as described in section 5.

You can connect Frameloop to ChatGPT and other AI agents through our MCP server or our public API. To do this, you sign in to your Frameloop account and approve the connection.

When an agent uses Frameloop for you, we receive only the information it sends in each request. This includes your idea, script or prompt, the settings you chose, and the IDs of your projects or characters. We do not request or receive your chat history with the agent.

We use this information only to carry out your request: to create, edit and render your videos, images and music. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not build profiles from it.

We keep a record of each request, such as the time, the tool used and the result, to run the service, prevent abuse and fix problems.

You can revoke API keys at any time in Settings, under API Access. To disconnect an AI agent, remove Frameloop in that agent's settings. To also revoke its access on our side, contact us at frameloopai@gmail.com.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Frameloop, and only as needed for their task:

• AI model providers that turn your prompts into scripts, voices, images, video and music, such as OpenRouter, OpenAI, Google, fal, Kie, MiniMax, ElevenLabs and Speechify.
• Pexels, which receives search terms to find stock footage.
• Amazon Web Services, which stores your files and runs our servers.
• Paddle, which processes payments as our merchant of record.
• PostHog and Sentry, which help us understand product usage and fix errors.
• Resend, which sends our emails, and Crisp, which runs our support chat.
• Meta, which helps us measure our ads, as described in section 5.
• Google and YouTube, when you connect your YouTube account, as described in section 11.
• Public authorities, when the law requires it, or a buyer if our business is sold or merged.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your settings, and understand how our website is used.

We use PostHog for product analytics. It records events such as the pages you visit and the features you use, linked to your account. It does not receive your prompts, scripts or other content.

We use the Meta pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure our ads. When you sign up, create your first project in our web app, or buy a plan, we tell Meta about it. Meta receives your email address in hashed form, so it can match the event to an ad. We do not send Meta your prompts, your content, or what you do through AI agents.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work without them. You can control how Meta uses this data in your Meta ad settings.

We send service emails about your account, payments and videos. We may also send product news and offers. You can stop marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in the email, or by contacting us at frameloopai@gmail.com. Service emails continue while your account is active.

We keep your information only as long as we need it:

• Account details and your content: while your account is active.
• Deleted projects and characters: removed from your library and from AI agent access right away.
• Account deletion: when you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account details and content within 30 days.
• Payment records: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• Request records, security logs and analytics events: up to 12 months.
• Backups: deleted data is removed from backups within 90 days.
• YouTube and voice data follow their own rules, described in sections 11 and 12.

You can:

• View and download your videos, images and music in your library.
• Delete projects and saved characters at any time.
• Revoke API keys in Settings, under API Access.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails.
• Ask us for a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at frameloopai@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
• Depending on where you live, you may have other rights, such as the right to object to or limit how we use your information, or to complain to your local data protection authority.

Frameloop is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Users between 13 and 18 should use Frameloop only with permission from a parent or guardian.

If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us at frameloopai@gmail.com and we will delete it.

We protect your information with access controls, encryption in transit, and secure storage. Only authorized staff can access personal information, and only when their work needs it. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our service uses YouTube API Services. By using our YouTube features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

When you connect your YouTube account, we collect your channel information (name, statistics, banner and profile image), video statistics and related data, and authorization tokens for video uploads.

We use channel information to show your channel details in our service. We use video statistics to give you insights about your uploaded videos. We use authorization tokens only to upload videos to your YouTube channel for you.

Only authorized staff can access your YouTube data, and only for support, troubleshooting, maintenance and account help. We do not share your YouTube data with other parties, except when the law requires it, with your explicit consent, or with YouTube and Google as needed to provide the feature.

We store your YouTube data while your account is active. To delete it, contact us at frameloopai@gmail.com, or revoke our access in Google's security settings (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). After you revoke access, we can no longer reach your YouTube account, and we delete the stored data within 30 days. You can reconnect at any time.

When you grant us access to Google user data, our use of it follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements:

• We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible and prominent in our application.
• We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties, including advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
• We do not use Google user data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized advertising, or interest-based advertising.
• We do not use Google user data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data except: with your affirmative consent for specific data, when required for security or abuse prevention, when necessary to comply with law, or for internal operations using aggregated or anonymized data as permitted by applicable law.
• We require our employees, agents, contractors, and successors to comply with these Google user data restrictions.
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect Google user data.

Our service includes voice cloning, powered by the Speechify AI Voice API. By using voice cloning, you agree to the following.

We collect the audio recordings you upload for voice cloning. This includes the speech in them, voice characteristics and vocal patterns, audio details such as length, format and quality, and any text transcripts you provide.

We process voice data with your explicit consent and to provide the service you asked for. We use it only to create your voice clone and the audio you generate with it, to improve the quality of your own clone, and to provide support.

Speechify Inc. processes voice data for us under a data processing agreement. Speechify may use the data only for voice cloning, must protect it, must follow data protection laws, and must delete it when it is no longer needed. We do not share voice data with anyone else, except when the law requires it, with your explicit written consent, or to protect our rights or prevent illegal activity.

Voice recordings are stored encrypted. We keep them for up to 2 years from your last use, unless you delete them sooner. Backup copies are deleted within 90 days after the main copy.

You must have permission from the person whose voice you upload. We may ask you to show this consent, and we may remove voice data if you cannot.

To delete your voice data, contact us at frameloopai@gmail.com with the subject "Voice Data Deletion Request". We complete deletion within 30 days. For Speechify's own practices, see its Privacy Policy (https://speechify.com/privacy).

For voice data, you also have the right to:

• Ask us to delete your voice data at any time.
• Ask how your voice data is processed.
• Withdraw your consent for voice cloning.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Object to processing in certain cases.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If we make important changes, we will tell you by email or with a notice on our website before they take effect.

If you keep using Frameloop after a change takes effect, the updated policy applies to you.
